Internal Balancing Herbal Soup

Functions:
Improve gut health and balance qi-blood
Ingredients:
Szechuan Lovage Rhizome, Chinese Barley, Chinses Yam, Lotus Seeds, Euryale Seeds, Poria
Recommended Instructions:
Add soup ingredients, half chicken and 2.5L water into a pot. Bring it to a boil under high heat, then turn into low heat and cook for 1.5hrs, season with salt to taste. To make porridge, add the ingredients, 3/4 cup of rice, chicken breast, and 1L of water into a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 1 hr. Season with salt.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place. Keep refrigerated for longer lasting storage.
